Accessibility statement
Our commitment
VisaroGroup wants everyone to be able to use our websites and services, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We consider this standard when we design new pages and review our websites regularly.
What we have done
- Text and important visual elements meet WCAG contrast ratios.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labelled form fields so assistive technology can describe them.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Pages work when zoomed to 400% and on small screens, and respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
- Colour is never the only way information is shown.
Known limitations
Some documents, such as older PDFs or forms supplied by third parties, may not yet be fully accessible. If you need information in a different format, we will provide it.
Feedback and help
If you find a barrier on our websites or need information in another format, such as large print, plain text or an audio description, email hello@visarogroup.com with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us the page and the problem, and we will reply within five working days.
