Cookie policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in a comparable way. In this policy we call them all “cookies”. They can be strictly necessary (needed for the site to work) or optional (such as analytics), and they can be set by us (first-party) or by another company (third-party).
2. Our approach
This policy applies to visarogroup.com and other VisaroGroup websites that link to it. We keep cookies to a minimum:
- We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Our fonts and images are served from our own servers, so loading a page does not send your information to font or image services.
- Optional analytics cookies are off until you choose to allow them, and you can change your mind at any time.

These are needed to remember your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off, but they do not identify you.

Analytics (optional, only with your consent)
If we turn on website analytics and you agree to it, we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our websites so we can improve them. IP addresses are truncated, and we do not use analytics data to identify you or for advertising.

Our company services, such as a VisaroRide driver account or VisaroHealth patient portal, may use additional strictly necessary cookies to keep you securely signed in. These are explained when you use those services.
4. Your choices
- On our websites: use the banner when you first visit, or “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page, or the button at the top of this page. Your choice lasts 6 months, then we ask again.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage means we cannot remember your choice and will ask each visit.
- Google Analytics: you can also install Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Withdrawing consent stops new analytics cookies from being set. To remove cookies already stored, clear them in your browser.
5. Privacy signals
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of optional cookies and do not load analytics, unless you later actively choose to allow them on our cookie banner.
6. Changes
If we add or change cookies, we will update this policy and, where your consent is needed, ask you again.
